This week, we were back at The Tempermill in Ferndale, this time with ambassador Curtis Bates to record his song, "Never Again." Curtis was accompanied by Detroit Children's Choir Artistic Director Mr. Eric Taylor and three singers in the DCC. With the help of Sound Engineer Erik Maluchnik, Curtis and the DCC crew all collaborated beautifully to bring the song together.

In the next coming weeks, Curtis and the Detroit Children's Choir will regroup in Detroit to film the music video for "Never Again." Detroit is full of historically rich monuments, buildings, and art; we're excited to feature these spaces of Detroit in this video and teach the DCC students about their significance in the process! We look forward to sharing this special piece with everyone in the final film.
